You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.
Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.
Online orders can't be returned in store.

Love my purse it’s sweet and well made
Lovely purse; gorgeous colour and design. Great as a card holder but not much room for coins - no issue for me but one to note!
